Everything in the whole process of getting a new roof with cupcake was so easy from the initial meeting with Phil to the final piece of making payment. Everyone was very thorough and communicated everything we needed to know through texts, making it easy to go back and check dates and times without having to write anything down! Cupcake is one of the best experiences we have had related to a home improvement project. Every step of the way from the initial sales person to the final project walk through has exceeded are expectations. We live in a house that was built in 1972 that had the builder grade aluminum windows in it from the homes original builder. Cupcake came out to the house, assessed our home window situation and gave us a bid. I was surprised by the affordability of the bid as I didn’t have any idea what replacing the 10 windows in our home would cost. We chose windows made by Anlin that came with a lifetime warranty that could be passed on to a new owner if we sold our house. The windows also were double paned glass and had a lot more window glass and less bulky frame which gives the house a real updated look. Also since the windows have been installed noise from the outside has been decreased dramatically and our AC usage has also cut back. Cupcake kept us informed during each step of the process. The team that installed the windows were top notch, hardworking, detail oriented, and they were technicians but also artists as the finished job looks incredibly beautiful. Words that come to mind when I think of the whole cupcake process are courteous, honest, transparent, accessible, knowledgeable, Value for the cost, detail oriented, trustworthy, hardworking, great communicators, and I could go on and on but I think you probably get the picture. We had an incredible experience purchasing and installing our front door with Cupcake! I was amazed by how much education they included early on in the process to ensure we were getting exactly what we needed for our home. Their communication was incredible and I’d often times get text messages from a real employee updating me a few hours before I received their automated emails that tracked our projects progress. They made themselves super accessible to us throughout the project for any questions or concerns we had and really just made this process super easy and pleasant. EXCELLENT quality & service from start to finish! This review is a long time coming and I cannot sing enough praises about my experience! I hired Cupcake to replace my roof, gutters, and skylights back in January after receiving quotes from several other vendors. Upon Cupcake's recommendation, my insurance company approved a hail damage claim which covered a lot of the cost. Before I decided to work with them, Phil came to my house FOUR TIMES - he agreed to meet with me at the time my insurance adjuster came to examine the house, but due to weather we had to postpone twice! After my claim was approved, the Cupcake team took the reins to ensure I was receiving the maximum benefit and pushed hard to supplement my claim when the actual job didn't quite match up to the cost estimate from insurance. Communication is always key and was NEVER a problem throughout the entire process. Phil and/or Josh were always on top of communicating with me in advance anytime a subcontractor was coming over and both of them were always easy to reach whenever I had a question about anything. Inclement weather made a mess of things with respect to the completion timeline, which was out of everyone's control. While they did their best to get my job done as fast as they could, Phil, Josh, and even the owner of the company himself made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction and theirs. I am in the real estate/property management business for twelve years, so perhaps you could say that this is my 1000th rodeo. I have worked with hundreds of home improvement vendors during my career and this is the absolute best experience I've ever had considering the fact that my job required several different sub-contractor crews. We were so pleased with the Cupcake process!!  What particularly interested me was their communication schedule, which started with an outline of all the steps needed for our windows' manufacturing, followed by a checkmark, when each item was completed. A simple process, but so impactful!!
The sales and operations teams did their scheduling around our particular needs. Much appreciated. Truly.
And finally, the installation folks were respectful of our property, respectful of the all the issues related to our safety, since the entire back wall of our home would have replacement sliding doors!
